A redesign of an original 'Kanarieboek' published from around the 1930's to 1950's. The small books contained all kinds of subjects to improve a better life. One of them was selected which held the title: 'The secret of a long life'. The new design is a result of asking elderly people 'What is the secret of a long life?' 60 revealing answers have been selected and presented in this document.
